1. You must promote HRCalcy & Nauvi Solutions products honestly and accurately at all times.
2. When sharing affiliate links, you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission if someone purchases through your link (as required by ASCI guidelines).
3. You must not damage, misrepresent, or bring disrepute to the HRCalcy or Nauvi Solutions brand in any form.
4. You must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about any product.
5. Affiliate commission rates and programme details are confidential and must not be shared publicly.
6. Payment cycle: Commissions earned between the 1st and 15th of a month will be paid on the 25th of that month. Commissions earned between the 16th and the last day of a month will be paid on the 10th of the following month. Commissions are paid only after admin approval.
7. Accounts with no referred sales for 30 consecutive days will be suspended automatically without prior notice.
8. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account with or without prior notice, as deemed appropriate based on the nature and severity of the situation observed.
9. We reserve the right to modify commission rates, payment terms, or close the affiliate programme at any time, with or without notice.
10. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Surat courts and governed by Indian law.
11. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms in full.
